Newbie Alert

Finally, I have managed to create a blog and make a start on my first post. I have been a bit pathetic in the past and created, forgotton and lost a few blogs that I set up with good intentions. Although the last few years since my previous attempt at blogging have definitely given me some valuable content for this Blog.

Who Am I

So first a little bit about myself... I am a [insert happily] married mother of 3 boys who I will refer to as number 1,2 & 3 (4 including the husband) who have blessed me with a whole wealth of experience in all types of stress medical emergencies and conditions from Asthma and Autism to displaced broken bones, pyloric stenosis and seizures. That isn't even the half of it by the way... it gets way better/worse, don't get me started on the pregnancies and birth (I am only joking to any first time mums out there each pregnancy was such a blessing and I survived) I digress, I am going to try and address each of my experiences within this journey of a blog and hopefully be able to help someone else who happens to be affected by anything within my journey.

Okay so I am a wife, a mother, a slave, a student and up until recently a full time tax accountant. After 9 painful years of juggling the above and some I reduced my office hours to part time. I now work 3 short days in the office and spend some time on my other love Beauty 💖. Sorry I have missed some bits out haven't I. Basically somehow whilst sitting exams, running to A&E, administering oxygen to number 3(the youngest boy), transitioning number 1(eldest boy) to high school a year early, I managed to get some beauty qualifications under my belt. I promise I did make time for Number 3(middle boy) I am not a bad mother although the authorities did question it once (yep, you got it.. another blog for another day).

My Why

There is so much content that I am desperate to share with you all that I am now thinking I should have maybe written a book. I could give 50 shades a run for fill a whole library if I really put my mind to it.

I would though like to share my journey through my blog and am sure that I can cover almost any topic imaginable. Honestly pop a comment below about just about anything that you may be curious about, struggling with, hiding from or just interested in and I will do my very best to dig deep and see how I can relate or help you at all. There have been some real dark times as well that I have been through as an individual, a sister, friend and mother so although I am hoping to keep this blog a positive and a refreshing read for you all when the time is right I will be open to post some of the deeper moments in the hope that my experience will be able to help somebody out there somewhere.

I have been searching high and low for a way that I can put everything I have experienced to some good use and get a sense of closure . There is just too much swimming around in my head so I think now is the time. There's been awards, grief and tears both happy and sad and I hope I can mush all this beautiful chaos into something worth reading :) x

Thank you if you have read this post to the end, that already means the world. Please do leave me a little comment or acknowledgment if you can.

x o
